Four years in the making, this is rife with fufilled possibilities. Rowland Howard is in top form with his voice improved over the last album. More importantly, he sets aside his acoustic guitar (which was masterfully used on the last album) for some very menacing electric playing that is the cornerstone of this one. The piano still sounds cool and Epic Soundtracks can still play drums. This is the best non-rap album I've heard this year.
